Ich habe Dank dieser App viele Kunden wieder zurückgewinnen können OHNE dafür zu bezahlen (!) Die E-Mails sind leicht zu bearbeiten, auch ohne großartige html Kenntnisse. Bin froh diese App gefunden zu haben und möchte auch nicht mehr darauf verzichten.

I'm super grateful that this app makes it easy for me to deliver digital product info to our customers via branded emails. The ability to customize each email based on design and the details for who, when, where, tags, products, sales channels, and more is incredibly helpful. I also appreciate being able to view email history, as well as the opens and clicks. Michael has been wonderful at responding to my questions and requests, helping me to set it up so that it meets my exact needs. We are currently only using it to deliver emails when a customer places a purchase, yet there is so much more functionality to explore. I'm excited to expand into using the abandoned checkout emails, review request emails, and marketing opt-in email options too! I was looking to add a simple review request email to my work flow. This app is perfect. Simple, easy, to the point. Works awesome and my questions were answered by support. All good stuff.

Great app for sending straight forward review requests. The emails can be customized with your own texts and links. I'm very happy with the free plan at the moment.

This application is easy to set up. In addition, the fee is inexpensive because the amount is based on the number of e-mails sent.

I am very happy with this app <3 It works very well and it is way less expensive than other apps. You need to be willing to change the code of the message yourself but that is no big deal

Finally! I have been looking for this very app for awhile now. I needed to setup automatic emails to go to customers asking for reviews of my handcrafted products. Shortly after installing your app I was able to easily edit and setup my review email and send it to my recent customers. The app sent 13 emails and I already have 3 reviews only 12 hours later! So easy and so valuable! And its smart, only sending review requests to orders that have shipped. I set it up to send review requests 14 days after the ship date. Its perfect for my small handcrafted operation but so valuable! Thank you!

I have had the app 6months at least now. The templates are well thought out, and so are all the customisations. I really like the fact that you get to edit code although I get that it's not for everyone - to me it's a bonus - gives you so much freedom and control. I also loved the setup wizard - it was very straightforward. Nice work team :)

This app is just what I was hoping to find to help me get reminders out to my customers to leave reviews. I am so thankful that the wonderful support I got from Shopify suggested it to me. And the help from Mike in answering my questions and fixing my mistake was A+++ all the way!! Already have gotten some reviews!

So far it's everything I've been looking for in customer retention emails! This is a simple set up and I can request reviews, send thank you emails, and even apply coupon codes for people subscribing to newsletters. Im very happy! Thank you!
