Nice product, pretty easy to use. A little bit of basic coding required, would personally like to see that simplified. But like it overall and will keep using.

This app helped me to meet my follow up emails at minimal to no cost. Conversion rates also very high due to multiple follow up emails option.

Highly recommended. I needed this app for sending out review requests retroactively and it turned out to be a perfect tool for that purpose. There was a minor issue regarding my quota and when I sent them a message, the CEO, Michael responded me personally in a short time despite holiday, he was extremely helpful and EVEN extended my quota until they work things out. How GENEROUS is that? So I'd definitely recommend this app, 5/5! :)

Very easy to use and effective. It automates some basic but important activities so you can concentrate on other things without worrying that you're missing opportunities. Looking forward to new developments

I really like the functionality of this app, it has done exactly what I needed it to do for a fair price. On top of that, I had some issues and their support was extremely helpful in getting everything sorted out and even removed the sending cap until the issue was corrected.

This app is fantastic. I've been having problems with shopify's auto abandon cart email and came accross this app. At first I hadn't got the settings right so reached out using the apps live chat and the service recieved was outstanding. I recieved real desire to solve my problem and get the app working how it should. Over the moon with the support and really appreciate the help. Will continue to use this app for a long time

This app is great. I mean, really great. And so is their customer service. THANK YOU MIKE! We sent in a request and they actually took the time to reply and understand. They provided a quick response and solution to our needs. We look forward to continue using this app. If you have a Shopify store you should be using this Follow Up Email Marketing app.

We have just started using Follow Up Email Marketing, but so far the experience is great. The application presents you with many useful types of email campaigns that you should be using, has every filtering mechanism you would expect, along with many scheduling options. We were looking for some non-standard features in our emails, and their team worked hard to help us get what we needed. Great support and follow-up. Highly recommend for soliciting reviews from your Shopify store.

Michael has babysat me through this process, he has been SUPER helpful, his service is second to none. I highly recommend him and this app. I usually don't write reviews but he has been outstanding. If you are looking for an app to reengage your customers this is it. Super easy to use and fair pricing. Highly recommend.

We are new to the app and just activated our campaigns, so we will see how they go. BUT, I give this 5 star rating for the customer support side of things. The support team goes above and beyond to ensure your campaigns are running perfectly. They are friendly, responsive and provide resolutions. I'll update this review to focus more on the product, after we have had our campaigns running for a bit.

This app is very easy to use and converts abandoned carts extremely well! Before we installed Follow Up Email Marketing, we were averaging 5-7% recovery on abandoned carts with the Shopify abandoned cart recovery. After installing Follow Up Email Marketing and using it for the last couple of months, we are now at 18-21% recovery which is an amazing improvement! We've tried other abandoned cart recovery apps in the past that did fancy emails but did not convert anywhere near this. Great app guys and well worth the money.
