We have been using the app for several months now, and we're happy with the results. We can provide our customers a bigger discount than simply offering a traditional discount code. Customer support has been very helpful thus far.

The app does not work at all, I followed the instructions, but the cash back line item does not show in the shopping cart. Terrible support as well, they just linked me to their help center without even reading my questions, and the wait time to get responses to my emails was really long.

1 Star because I atleast saw a little of what the app does. To sum up my review: For $159, terrible customer support wait times and if you're a growing business, even with over 600+ orders your first year and anticipating nearly triple your next year - they not going to give you any support. Sadly, all the reviews of people being on boarded and getting help setting up a/b test - no way. I was given a self-serve option. Apparently, you have to meet a certain requirement for them to help you. I have no confidence this app works because I had to read through articles to set it up. Upon thinking I "set it up" the app doesn't even show on my website. I activated it and even turned on the on-site widget, pulled out m phone, no widget. Customer service takes at least 3days to reply to you. Why are we paying $159 for terrible service and you cannot even aid in helping users use your app? There are apps that cost way less and even free ones that give their soul into customer satisfaction and helping everyone get their apps setup, but these guys are just money hungry. I mean seriously, after waiting 3 days to get help - included in my email response about being self served, they wanted me to pay for there Postscript app. And funny enough, 24hours later they tried following up to ask if I'm interested in paying for their other app. It's been several days, I'm still waiting on 3 email replies but I'm giving up because you cant run business with people who aren't there to help. It would be a different scenario if you wait 3 days and you actually receive help but I bet their reply to me on my next few emails will not be helpful. Fondue, please don't reply to my review with something talking about you helped me the best you can because you didn't. If you want $159/mth from clients - act like they are worth $159000/mth. The sad truth is that when one of you reached out, you had the nerve to tell your colleague that you already set up a demo with me. I really wish my interactions were with the person who sounded sincere contacting me after the first rep I spoke with although she took 4 days to respond but sadly, I got the one who chose not to help me set this app up and just wanted me to pay for another one of their apps

An absolute game changer. Coupons be damned, cashback is here to stay. My acquisition rates have quadrupled, I'm adding subscribers like crazy, and I'm saving so much money. Could not be more grateful for this product and the incredible team at Fondue! They've been there every step of the way to support with any questions I had. Fondue Time is a Good Time!

SO freaking happy to be working with Fondue. We've had our eyes on it for a long time, and onboarding with them did not disappoint. Setup was easy as 1, 2, 3, the platform is super intuitive and easy to use, the customer experience is spotless. Carly was INCREDIBLE at getting us sorted on little questions I had to make sure we understood everything about the product. Overall, I can't wait to see our customers get gift cards & cash back via Fondue. Thank you to everyone at the Fondue team, and especially so to Carly!

Fondue was recommended to MTN OPS by a peer within the outdoor industry. During our initial call with their co-founder it was immediately impressed upon us that Fondue wants to be a long term partner and not simply a transactional partner. Initial set-up and A/B testing was extremely easy with the team at Fondue taking on the majority of the load. Almost immediately the results were showing positive data driving higher conversion and full price orders. We are now testing into more segments and audiences with Fondue. They are a great partner and I would recommend them to anyone.

We were VERY skeptical to say the least.... and now we've rolled it out with both of our stores and are trying to utilize cash back even more. Fondue has been a resounding success for us in terms of list growth, AOV, and profitability. The best tech stack team we've worked with by far. Very proactive to help you get the most out of the product and partnership.

If you're curious to test cashback, I highly recommend GetFondue. We were hesitant at first, but the team at Fondue fully set up our first A/B test on Attentive and Klaviyo, followed up with us with results, and even created custom walkthroughs to help us take the reigns and set up further A/B tests. The results we have seen have been great so far. Cashback won in a landslide against discounts and promo code. Our AOV is a bit higher and our customers are happy. Highly recommend giving it a try

Fondue is a great alternative to codes and coupons. We're getting more full price orders with an AOV increase of 12%, plus we doubled our popup welcome series opt-in rate. We've started using fondue outside of the welcome series and are seeing early signs of success. Start with an AB test in the welcome flow and go from there. That's what we did and the data was clear that Fondue is a much better way to discount.

We're about 2 weeks in and I don't see why you wouldn't want to offer this. Better signup rates, better rewards for your customers, lower average discount. It's not often you see something that's such a no-brainer. I received great support as well!

I was very skeptical about trying this initially since we needed to offer a higher cash back value than our initial discount. But wow, I am very glad I did. We did not see any drops in CRs while also saving quite a bit of money (not to mention AOVs went up!). I also love that we can offer gift cards to our customers to incentivize them to come back and purchase again instead of the visa cards. Also a huge shoutout to Will and the team - they are incredibly responsive and on top of any issues or questions we've run into. Do yourselves a favor and split test this immediately against your current % off offer - you won't regret it.

Fondue is a game changer! We have tried dozens of tests, apps, and optimizations to improve our conversion, and the impact we saw from Fondue was larger than all the tests we've ever run COMBINED! We've seen (double digit) improvements across every part of the purchase journey, the results are pretty epic. The tool is incredibly easy to install and their team is so collaborative and helpful. I highly recommend for every business looking to increase revenue, customer experience and retention!
