I've been using the paid plan, and unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating. The app frequently glitches when trying to download, print, or draft invoices. Loading times are consistently slow, regardless of the browser I use and crashes a lot. Another major issue is that invoice amounts are displayed in whole dollars only, without cents, which leads to confusion and lacks accuracy for financial records. For a paid professional plan, I expected better performance and reliability. I hope these issues are addressed soon, as they significantly impact usability.

We recently installed this app to solve issues with Invoices for our wholesale customers. The app works very well and offers a large range of automation and customization features. The customer support is very responsive and willing to help get you setup correctly. We required a custom template for our invoices and the team were more than willing to help us with a quick turnaround. I highly recommend this app for any B2B invoice requirements.

I've only been using the app for less than a week and have yet to deploy anything that has been tested, but so far so good. The interface is intuitive and the formatting previews are dynamic, responsive and applicable to existing orders, making it easy to test over a wide-range of real-life use cases. The support staff have been responsive and helpful, following up with specific and targeted questions, suggestions and solutions, which indicates they have strong knowledge of their product and clear and direct communication with their development team.
