I've been using the paid plan, and unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating. The app frequently glitches when trying to download, print, or draft invoices. Loading times are consistently slow, regardless of the browser I use and crashes a lot. Another major issue is that invoice amounts are displayed in whole dollars only, without cents, which leads to confusion and lacks accuracy for financial records. For a paid professional plan, I expected better performance and reliability. I hope these issues are addressed soon, as they significantly impact usability.

We recently installed this app to solve issues with Invoices for our wholesale customers. The app works very well and offers a large range of automation and customization features. The customer support is very responsive and willing to help get you setup correctly. We required a custom template for our invoices and the team were more than willing to help us with a quick turnaround. I highly recommend this app for any B2B invoice requirements.

I've only been using the app for less than a week and have yet to deploy anything that has been tested, but so far so good. The interface is intuitive and the formatting previews are dynamic, responsive and applicable to existing orders, making it easy to test over a wide-range of real-life use cases. The support staff have been responsive and helpful, following up with specific and targeted questions, suggestions and solutions, which indicates they have strong knowledge of their product and clear and direct communication with their development team.

The App is great. The price is so good for all the customization it has. If you need help (I met Clove - which really helped me), they are super available and helpful.

Vertalingen werken niet, BTW nummer word niet weergegeven en de helpdesk gebruikt een vertaler zodat de sessie onduidelijk is en er geen oplossing komt. Ik heb een programmeur moeten inhuren om de vertalingen te wijzigen en de BTW op de factuur zichtbaar te krijgen. Duur en slechte kwaliteit.

Translations issue in the app: We understand that you encounteredd problems with our Dutch translations. While we have recently conducted thorough testing of our translation system, we clearly missed some critical issues. Could you please help us identify the sections or fields that were incorrectly translated? This would enable us to fix these problems promptly. 2. VAT Number not displaying on invoices: As we mentioned before, our app supports displaying the customer's VAT number on invoices when the number is collected through our app. However, since you used a different app to collect and validate VAT numbers, our team tried to guide you on how to set it up with the features available in our app. Unfortunately, it seems that this guidance was not accepted, and you opted to hire a programmer instead. While we respect your decision, we regret not having the chance to resolve this for you ourselves. To improve, we’ve asked our development team to include clearer notes in our documentation regarding customization and compatibility with third-party apps. 3. Communication issue: We use a translation tool from Crisp chat to communicate with non-English-speaking customers. If this caused any confusion, I sincerely apologize. You can always request to communicate in English directly with our support agents. Moving forward, we are working to hire multilingual support staff to better assist international customers like you.
