This invoicing app is perfect for new shop owners like me. It's easy to use and has been a huge help. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends who are starting their own shops like me.
My store needed to print out invoices for local customers. This app seems to have it all. I was able to communicate with customer service right away. She helped me a few questions I had and stayed on with my while I tested the invoice out to make sure it looked and operated the way I needed it. Am excited to finally be able to print invoices within my Shopify store instead of generating them off line.
I was looking for an app to email invoices to customers. This app, like many others, adds the following menu entries to the "More actions" pull down: Print Invoice Download packing slip (redundant, already provided by Shopify) Download Invoice (redundant with Print) Print packing slip (twice redundant) Email invoice to customer is missing.

Since this is an advanced feature, it is only available in the Professional and Premium plans. Regarding your review you left on the Shopify App Store, it seems not to be true and correct for our application and our service. Then, it brings a bad impact on all of our efforts and our services. Moreover, as far as we've known, you did not contact our support team via live chat or any kind of contact to get assistance about things that it had not been known clearly. I required invoices for my store and I found this app. This app does a great job. It's also free, which is great for a starting business!. Additionally, the support team is highly responsive and efficient in providing quick and clear solutions to any problems.

This app is amazing... Highly recommended... While installing it, I thought it was a simple app, but after installation, I was very happy to see it working because it has many useful features and helps me print multiple invoices easily.
