I have enjoyed using the app immensely! Forecasting for small to medium is often complicated, inaccurate, and costly-this has been a great solution for us. Their support has been amazing in teaching me how to best utilize the app and tailor it to fit the needs of our business. If an issue arises I have found them to be very responsive in acknowledging the problem, communicating updates, and finding a timely solution. The app was not initially intuitive in it's use but Amir and Bruk have been more than helpful in teaching me how to use it. I would highly recommend this app.

Brilliant App but is really complicated to understand. Have reached out for help via the chat box and e mail and have received nothing back. Would be good to have a proper walk through and answers to my questions.

Have been getting charged $89 per month for almost two years now and they are not responding to my support emails from Shopify to allow a refund considering I don't even have a login to the app. If I take the app off, I've lost all the money as I can't contact support anymore :(
