Monocle has been a breath of fresh air.Set-up was painless — synced with our Shopify store quickly and pulled everything in cleanly. No messy SKU mapping headaches, no endless config screens. We were up and running properly within a day.What I love most is finally having clear visibility on stock across every SKU and variant. We can see what's selling, what's stuck, and what needs reordering — all in one place. Brilliant App but is really complicated to understand. Have reached out for help via the chat box and e mail and have received nothing back. Would be good to have a proper walk through and answers to my questions.

Have been getting charged $89 per month for almost two years now and they are not responding to my support emails from Shopify to allow a refund considering I don't even have a login to the app. If I take the app off, I've lost all the money as I can't contact support anymore :(
