Monocle Inventory Management

We've absolutely loved using Monocle. What stands out most is how responsive the team is. They genuinely listen to customer feedback and actually implement it, which is incredibly refreshing. The inventory projections have been extremely accurate for our business and have made planning so much easier. On the rare occasion we run into a bug, it's fixed quickly, and their support team is always responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Monocle has become an essential part of our operations. I honestly can't imagine managing inventory without it. If you're looking for inventory forecasting software that continues to improve and is backed by an amazing team, I can't recommend Monocle enough.
I have enjoyed using the app immensely! Forecasting for small to medium is often complicated, inaccurate, and costly-this has been a great solution for us. Their support has been amazing in teaching me how to best utilize the app and tailor it to fit the needs of our business. If an issue arises I have found them to be very responsive in acknowledging the problem, communicating updates, and finding a timely solution. The app was not initially intuitive in it's use but Amir and Bruk have been more than helpful in teaching me how to use it. I would highly recommend this app.

Brilliant App but is really complicated to understand. Have reached out for help via the chat box and e mail and have received nothing back. Would be good to have a proper walk through and answers to my questions.
