THE WORST APP ON EARTH. DO NOT USE! Support do not answer and when they do they solve nothing. We have been stuck with thousands of orders and no serial numbers for the past 3 days.
We have apologised on many occasions for the incident that the app slowed down and have given the updates during the optimisations. Our system is running stable despite the peak volume experienced. You've been with us for multiple years with 2 stores. I think these two 1 star reviews you gave us do not reflect the whole period you've been using the app (and still have it installed as of today). Yet the only two 1 star reviews are from the same company Safari Pedals/ Tuned plugins. We are happy to service you and hope you revise your opinion and not base it on a single incident.

Really easy to use. We have been using it since 2022. We had an issue recently that was fixed very quickly and the support team came on a call to help fix it!

We have had the app installed for about two weeks. Occasionally, some emails didn’t come through, but that was more our fault. Now, however, the entire website and app have been down for several hours. Support is not responding, and the codes are not being sent out. This MUST NOT happen, as OUR customers now have to wait longer for their codes. Should I now send them out manually? And when will everything be running again?
