The Hulk Form Builder app has been a game-changer for our store! It allowed us to easily create and embed data collection forms exactly where we needed them, even in the cart section, which is typically challenging, especially for mobile app. This solved a major limitation we were facing. The Mobile app team has been absolutely fantastic, and supportive at every step. They made the entire setup process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for flexible, professional-grade form integration on their Shopify store!

Solid app with a lot of flexibility. We use it to create a Request for Quote form which needs a lot of input by the customer. With this app we were able to create a form fit for purpose that looks good and functions as we desire. Customer service was prompt and professional

We've been using the Form Builder for a few years now without any issues. I updated my theme and was having issues getting the forms to appear. I reached out to support and Ken helped me within just a few minutes. He was professional, understanding and fast. I know it was a small thing, but Ken's support really made my day. I'd give him six stars if I could. Cheers!
