I hate this app. While editing it suddenly reverts your changes. Even after i pressed saved it removed all my changes after a couple of minutes. If you're further down while editing and scroll up then it reverts your changes. It's impossible to create a form with this app!

We needed a form app for our 6 Shopify stores and I decided to use this. After challenges with linking Policies in an Optin Consent form and spending time with their support team - I discovered that there was a bug in their Source Code editor and communicated that to the support team member (Cristian) who kind of shrugged it off. I have spent a bit on their support trying to figure out the issue. When working with their Paragraph form element and you are using their WYSIWYG editor and switching to Source code and using the full screen editor UI - the form will not save - so beware. I should as for money back - this is one of the more expensive form apps at $15/month. But now I am too invested. We are trying to get 10DLC compliance and have to have disclaimers on all our site form optins.

Sorry, but thats one of the worst experience i had with an shopify app. This is a Form Builder, and i need a pro version of it, to get decimal numbers in a number field???? are you guys serious? Guys its like this. They give you not even the basic, things that should be basic arent. And if you want basic things, you have to get the pro plan. Wow, what a fucking business model.

The app is wonderful, but it is confusing, baffling, and painful to implement in any but the most simple ways. On the other hand, the on-line help is terrific, once you get past the AI, the role of which seems to be to refer you to articles that tell you what you already knew. I've spent hours and hours, and still cannot get Hulk to transfer data to my Google Sheet.

Sadly my experience was poor as I spent an entire day building an extensive form while hitting save regularly, but when I went to get it back it had not saved at all. The Hulk customer support was excellent but they could not work out what went wrong as their own test saved perfectly. I assume from all the positive reviews that this is an excellent app but I won't be using it as I am not going to spend more time on an app which let me down the first time I used it.

Sadly, the Google Sheets integration, which I paid $20 for, does not work automatically. I need to use Zapier for it to publish every single time I receive a submission. Wasted a lot of time setting it up to end up having to use another app.

The support provided is useless, and even times triples the time lost. All limitations, which make the app unusable, are kept hidden. You can not create multi-language forms, there are no api to retrieve data sent through the forms, do not make available webhook (server-side), you have to open a ticket to enable the privacy policy field type, other ticket for javascript postsubmit, other tickets to enable translation. Avoid.

Unreliable and costly to our business - avoid this app! This app came highly recommended by our tech consultant, so we trusted it for our customer communication needs. Unfortunately, we only discovered that form submissions weren’t being delivered after customers began calling to ask why their emails had gone unanswered. Upon investigation, we first thought the issue had been going on for at only six months - but a deeper dive into years of form submissions revealed it had been happening the entire time we’ve used this app, since 2023. To make matters worse, the failures were intermittent, which made the issue especially difficult to notice at first. Some submissions would go through while others wouldn’t, giving the false impression that everything was working as expected. This breakdown in communication severely impacted our ability to serve customers and cost us valuable time and trust. We reported the issue through our consultant, and Hulk refunded us for one year of service. However, based on what we've now uncovered, the app has been failing from the start, and a full refund would be more appropriate. A failure of this scale should have been proactively communicated to users, but they never informed us there was an issue ; we had to tell them
