All I can do is reiterate what everyone else is saying: no app is perfect, and it will fail occasionally. The absolute minimum you could do is NOTIFY YOUR CUSTOMERS. If you don’t tell us, we won’t know it’s not working. It’ll just look like a slow day in the office—we have no way of knowing that customers are submitting enquiries. Hulk’s incompetence has cost us thousands in lost sales. Pathetic, useless company.

This app is constantly 'experiencing issues'. I've been using it for a year now, and I've missed multiple sales because of an ongoing issue with the app not sending notifications when a form is submitted. Would not recommend.

Very poor service and support from the staff. Hulk form builder has been down for 2 weeks now and all i can get from their support team is we are working to fix this issue as soon as possible. This is not good enough as i am losing on business quotes and enquiries and they cannot offer me any further assistance. Very disappointing.

Slow support, support doesnt help at all with no ETA. it's been about 4-5 days and app doesn't work. Built a contact us page but when submit no message saying it's submitted and it's not coming through. I don't know what developers are doing but they need to do better...

1 star is more than enough for this app. It doesn't work. Their email feautre has been down for several days and if you reach out to their support their answer is "We dont know when its back" Highly unreliable. We are trying to switch all of our forms to a different tool. Don't waste your time with this app!

We have been using Hulk Forms since November in that time there has now been 3 times where their service has failed to notify us of leads. I am not sure what is going on behind the scenes but we need reliable provider. We are looking for other providers and we do like Hulk forms but we need reliability.

A Trash app. Not only does is not work half the time. They do not send you updates to let you know that their EMAIL SERVICE is not working and has not been for weeks!!! So all those leads that were not coming in where 100% on this app not being functional!! A complete joke. Then when you reach out, they try to give you a copy and paste reason as to why the app is not working. Which means they have been sending this response to EVERYONE!!! Can't wait to not be refunded for the money we spent on an app that DOES NOT WORK!!!!

This is the 3rd time in a month that the Hulk form builder has stopped sending the forms through to our email, it's getting ridiculous now. We're looking for a new solution as this is just happening far too often.

We've had a great experience for a while with Hulk Forms but recently we keep having days where submissions aren't sent to our email so that we aren't aware that our customers are communicating with us. We've let Hulk Forms know about this issue in the past and they've told us they're working on the issue. However too much time has elapsed on our end to really justify the risk of missing submissions to stick with them since the issue persists.

Forms have stopped working, company are aware of the issue but haven't thought to inform Shopify stores, I can understand the issue happening, but not to let your customers know is such a poor service. We've had several complaints about not getting back to customers.

We've been using this app for nearly a year. Beautiful forms that integrate nicely with our theme. Decent customer service. However, we'll be deleting this app as soon as we find a replacement. The notifications feature is unstable, which forces us to check the back end regularly for leads and inquiries. We love to respond immediately so this technical glitch is unacceptable. We no longer recommend this app.

Horrible app! Couldn't figure out how to remove "Hulk Form" branding from anything, even with the premium version. Support was the worst I've ever used in my life, with all questions being handled by a bot. Now I have to switch apps and rebuild all of my forms from scratch. Don't waste your time!

Elle n'est pas multilingue et impossible à traduire avec une application de traduction tierce, et la version gratuite ne permet pas de modifier les JS avancés, de coup les phrases du backend restent en anglais par défaut. Et le service clientèle met beaucoup de temps à répondre.

Terrible app, so laggy and inaccurate data! Once I chose a form it started to be so laggy and I couldn't access the customer submissions. Also, I paid extra fees to get my data through integrated Google sheet, it's delayed for days to be synced. I started to search for an alternative already.

Non funziona! Una volta inserito il codice, sia che lo inserisci in modalitá shortcode o tramite l'app, non accade nulla! 30 minuti per confezionare la form e poi non funziona nulla... tempo perso. Bha

Can not use custom domains to notify customers after form submissions. It confuses the customer and create distrust on a brand as they will receive it from some hulk formbuilder.com - Talked with support they are useless no solution. If that is what you are looking for not recommended at all.

Wasted 20 minutes trying to set up form and it never worked, i tried installing the snippet of code and selecting the specific page I wanted the form in, but it just doesn't work for some reason

This app didn't work. I added the shortcode to the page and it never showed up. not an any page I tried

There is no fully functioning 7 day trial like there is with most apps, so you have to pay a month subscription to see if it will meet requirements, which in my case it didn't.

Customer service is not helpful. We have 3 forms on our website we rely on, but this app has been working incorrectly for at least 3 weeks. I've asked several (4 times) times for help, I've sent and resent concise information, but in the end no help received. The last response I got (6 days ago) was "I'll forward this to the developers and they'll get back to you once its done". Still no response. The app is useless if we can't get it to work.
