Was not as intuitive as I would like, but after a developer set it up and missed a step the customer service was quick (on a weekend) solved the problem quickly and were very polite. Would love to see it become more intuitive but could not ask for much more. Would recommend.

Very good app, just provide more elements for form in free plan. And should give country, state, city dropdown elements as well.

Just installed and set up first form for a survey. A little confusing as to how to set up elements and size requirements for the header image. Help center was perfect and rapid response.

L'application est bien. Elle semble vouloir donner beaucoup de possibilités et permettre une grande diversité de formulaires. Le chat en direct est top. Le personnel répond vite et cherche sincèrement à vous aider. Il est même force de propositions. Sur la réactivité de l'appli, il doit être possible de l'améliorer, quelques instabilités mineures constatées.

It is a good solid app that does what it says, i would wish for a bit more costomization options, but support is so great that my issues was solved promptly. So i can easily recomend this app.

The free version of this app works well. However asking for customized changes was a bit complicated because of unclear communication. Eventually everything worked out but there was frustration at the start.

I've had some trouble getting the form moved around on the Shopify page. I started it on the bottom, but then wanted to move it to the top of the page this change is not executing no matter how many times I refresh or update the settings. And actually what I REALLY wanted to do is put the form in the middle of the Shopify page, but that function is not available.

I would recommend. The app isn't necessarily the easiest to use, but the customer service is GREAT, and they will walk you through the process.

Very good app! They helped build a custom feature to prepopulate one element of the form based on the page the form is opened on. It works perfectly, I'm grateful for the support! I do wish there was an option to remove the "Powered by HulkApps" from forms on the free plan, as we did not require the pro features, but had to upgrade simply for that.

So far, so good. My only quibble is that the conditional logic is limited. For example, I'd like to be able to check a number field for greater than or less than conditions. I'd did a workaround, so no problem. Other than that, the app is excellent.
