The app is intuitive, has clear instructions, and is very easy to use and set up. I also want to mention that they have one of the best customer service teams I’ve encountered. I was having some technical issues, and they were very helpful and resolved them quickly. I’m very happy with the PRO plan; the reports are clear and can be exported for further data analysis.

Wasn't sure how to set up a contact form with an auto response on my Shopify account, so I set up a meeting with their support team. Talked with Alisa, who was extremely helpful and was able to resolve all the issues I had! My form looks great and am very happy with this app. Highly recommend if you need a contact form with an auto response.

100% Awesome! We love this app! Easy to add to our website, easy for customers to use, easy to build. The entire Hulk Form Builder team is helpful and friendly. I love that they take suggestions and have new implementations. The free version is nice, put the pro and pro+ offer a lot of nice extra's.
