Hulk Form Builder is easy to use. The form can be embedded into Shopify Pages. There is a wide variety of form elements so you can customize your content according to the needs. What's more, the support team is very attentive. They response very fast to your enquiries and provide assistance. They are willing to go extra miles to help you to tackle the issues. Thanks to Manoj and the team. One thing is that the Form Schedule in the Pro Plan is now by date only. They will roll out by time restriction next month. Looking forward to have it very soon.

Excellent customer care with Sanjay. He helped me set up the form so that it integrates smoothly with Klaviyo. I have found you need to save the forms multiple times as you go to save your work but very happy with the results.

Really pleased with this app - have tried nearly every other one out there to custom build what I needed (a form pop-up once a button has been clicked on a specific page). Haris was extremely helpful, friendly and timely with his replies and had his developers working on it as a priority. Super thrilled and excited to use other aspects of this app across my B2B store!

I just updated our forms after using them a for a few years. Very nice calendar and time data elements, that I don't remember from the original usage. We've used our Hulk forms to collect reservation requests from thousands of people. I particularly like the ability to easily export the results in Excel format and the flexibility of sending emails to multiple email addresses.
