support is fast and easy to contact on the rare occasion you need to. I've been using this app since 2017.
Easy to setup form and easy to integrate into your shopify pages.
I dont think i have ever went out of my way to try to log in just to make a review but they really deserve a 5*. Although I am just using the free version, i am happy with it that i actually want to switch to the paid version once i set up some advanced conditional logic. This app is great and very extensive.
