This app... makes forms AND puts them on your store front! If that's not enough for you their support team respond quick, and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. I could ask for more but that would require me being a more imaginative person than I am. Well done Hulk Form Builder!

Fantastic support & smooth setup! I’ve been using the Hulk Form Builder for my Shopify store and needed help connecting a custom “Barter This Item” button.
