We've been using this app for more than a year now. The support team is very prompt in responding to my issues, and Vishal, the app developer, is great at fixing and addressing them as well.

We've been using the Form Builder for a few years now without any issues. I updated my theme and was having issues getting the forms to appear. Fantastic app, ive tried a few similar form builder apps and there was too many catches like a limit on submissions or design and layout features etc. support were really helpful and super happy using this app over any of the competitors.
