Very impressed. Just started using the app. The app and the forms are well designed, intuitive, and easy to use and modify. After submission email features are very helpful and well thought out by the developers. Support is very responsive. Thanks for creating a smart, user-friendly app.

Emira provided excellent support in helping to problem solve the usage of the Hulk App on my website. She was polite, tenacious, knowledgeable, efficient and effective - and an asset for Hulk App. Arijana then followed up with further support - she is super knowledgeable and goes beyond the call - thank you. I've been using hulk form builder for over 8 years! I absolutely love their features, especially the paid features, and more importantly the customer service is top notch! They are always ready to assist and go into your settings to fix any glitches. What I also love is all the conversations stay in one chat box even if there's a new agent assisting you for the day. I will stick with them for all my forms!

I recently used the Hulk Form Builder app on Shopify and I'm extremely impressed. The app is user-friendly with great customization options, but the standout feature is the customer service.
