I "broke" our form that we use in our Shopify Store and urgently need help to get it back online. I used the Chat support and Adis helped me get it back up and running with minimal impact to our customers. Great speedy, professional service. Thank you!

Easy to navigate for basic form building (can include drop-downs and alter order of fields). They were very quick to respond to my questions. Overall 5/5.

Customer support is awesome and really helped out a lot! The app is very easy to use too. I highly recommend it. My customer support agent Ken was so helpful and knowledgeable.

We are satisfied with the application and usually do not have any problems, however, when we do, customer support is quick to solve them and allows us to continue with our business.

Been using Hulk Form Builder for years, and never had an issue with it. Then we needed something a bit special done, that we couldn't do on our end, and their Support was outstanding. Their Technical Team helped us very efficiently, and fast. Couldn't recommend this App enough, and the professionals behind it.

Outstanding and friendly customer service! This app does exactly what it's supposed to do, and it does so in a very user-friendly manner. I also really appreciate how helpful and responsive their customer service team has been throughout my experience. They always go above and beyond to assist with any questions or issues I have. It's clear they genuinely care about their users. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-use solution. 10/10, definitely recommend.

Overall great app. We were able to incorporate a form on a landing page for applicants to provide details that help us determine if they are a fit for our program. Great option to customize a form to match the aesthetic and font styling so the page is cohesive. Customer support is responsive and helpful.
