Great app, very useful and helpful customer service. If the app can't do something you want it to do - just jump in the chat and they can sort it out with some code :)

We are using the form for as a returns form, really like that customers can attach a photo of the product and can then answer some simple questions to make the return/exchange process easy. Great support after booking a call and being shown the different features. Really appreciate speaking to a friendly knowledgable developer/support team member in real time.

I like apps that have maturity and experience. Apps that have been around long enough to solve all those unusual situations a user might have. This is one of those apps.

Our form was easy to build and the customer service was excellent when it came to walking me through some trouble I was having with integration. In addition, I was very happy to find that the customer service agent I spoke with was able to remove the watermark on our form without me having to update our subscription. There is so much functionality with the free plan and they have done a great job building this app and caring for their customers. At this point, I would be happy to recommend this app!

There are lots of customisations possible with this app and Hulk customer service is great - we recently required some help with code modification and they were able to sort it our quickly for us. The form has been working well for our enquiries!

This app has a lot of features for the price. Most other form apps on the marketplace put a lot of restriction in place (file storage limits, max number of form fields, etc.) at similar pricing tiers. This app has all the features 99% of people need. It took a little time to figure out, but I was able to do a light amount of coding to use my brand's fonts with our forms. Customer service responds quickly and is friendly. I do wish there was an auto-saving function that saved your work as you go when creating a form. Or that the page didn't reset when you hit the Save button. If I'm working on a longer form I like to periodically save my work. Right now, hitting Save seems to refresh the whole editing page and you have to re-navigate back to the section you were working on, but otherwise it's good.
