I recently used the Hulk Form Builder app on Shopify and I'm extremely impressed. The app is user-friendly with great customization options, but the standout feature is the customer service. They are incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing my questions and issues promptly. Highly recommended for anyone needing custom forms on their Shopify store

Great app, very useful and helpful customer service. If the app can't do something you want it to do - just jump in the chat and they can sort it out with some code :)

We are using the form for as a returns form, really like that customers can attach a photo of the product and can then answer some simple questions to make the return/exchange process easy. Great support after booking a call and being shown the different features. Really appreciate speaking to a friendly knowledgable developer/support team member in real time.

I would recommend this app to others because it's very user friendly and they have an incredibly helpful customer service team who respond promptly! I'm not very good with technology but was still able to create and apply forms for my shop.

I like apps that have maturity and experience. Apps that have been around long enough to solve all those unusual situations a user might have. This is one of those apps.

Our form was easy to build and the customer service was excellent when it came to walking me through some trouble I was having with integration. In addition, I was very happy to find that the customer service agent I spoke with was able to remove the watermark on our form without me having to update our subscription. There is so much functionality with the free plan and they have done a great job building this app and caring for their customers. At this point, I would be happy to recommend this app!
