The Hulk Form Builder app is very easy to use and offers a lot of functionality that other forms don't seem to offer. Support staff are also quick to respond if you require any assistance!

The app is easy to use and does not require any coding knowledge. You can create a new form in just a few minutes, and the app provides a drag-and-drop interface that makes it easy to customize the look and feel of your forms. The app is only slightly more expensive than the form app I was originally using but is much easier to use and has loads more features. Loving it. The service is super quick too.

Hulk Form Builder is the best form-building app I've been able to find after trying several others. Its straight to the point, not like other. It gives you many fields you would typically need to create a form, Its easy to customize and work with.
