I cannot believe how good the customer service is. It is EXCEPTIONAL. The support team responds to questions in real time, and provide simple, clear and comprehensive information. It's faultless. Oh, and the app is really good too! We've been able to use multiple forms across our site, and customise each of them exactly how we needed (using location friendly language, have the responses sent to different mailboxes, etc).

I have two Shopify stores and use TONS of apps. I am SO impressed with the customer service this app provides. The online chat widget was answered quickly! The developer accessed my store and fixed my problems within ten minutes. I have multiple forms on my site and they all work great. Def recommend using this app!

This app is sooo good to use when you want to have different forms for your website. The staff at Hulkapps are amazing and are always ready to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend that you use this app as it can be a great advantage to your website. Shoutout to Amit for helping me very quickly and completing the required task

The set-up is very easy to do. We wanted to add some custom made options and costumer support employee Deepa helped us very fast with the things we wanted. Would recommend this app!

I have Started The Plan With Free Service Later On I Updated To The Paid Final Plan And Implemented It On Two Website They Were Charging Me 40 $ Approximately Till few weeks back the google sheet integration was working perfectly but they disabled it from there back end without informing me, when i contacted them they said our servers become heavy if we use google sheet integration and suggested me to use zap to transfer my data to google sheet and fooled me by saying it is free service. so i spent a whole day to integrate zap and then i finally when was ready to go live i realized zap is free for on 100 tasks per month but i needed at least 3000 form submissions per month. the i decided to unsubscribe the app and use alternate sources to get form submissions.

The app is way better than the other form builder that I have tried. And it has many features that the other forms don't have or need to upgrade to pro plus to get this feature.

Great app and very easy to create forms. There are a lot of valuable features in the free plan too. We had some issues with our forms and the staff (Kenan) was prompt and helpful. It would be nice if they could also add a feature to "remove" forms from pages as this step is a bit confusing.
