It's a nice tool. I’ve never had better service and they understood what I was talking about from the very beginning. They fixed my issue and knew exactly what I needed and how to talk with Shopify.

Fast and reliable forms, and friendly customer service too! We also enjoy that entries are saved within the app so if email accounts change, we can always access the form entries.

I needed a form to collect information for device activations. After searching and trying a few I settled on Hulk Form Builder. I found it very easy to use, and the customization is amazing. Adding the completed form to your page is super easy as the app does it for you. Make sure to enable the app in the App embeds section of your site other wise your form wont show. I reached out to support and they quickly helped me out with this.

The app is great! Above all, I must praise the support that responds within minutes and solves complex problems and requests. We had to translate the languages of the countries as well as display only a certain selection. This was immediately handled by support and adjusted using javascript code. With the help of support, all our requirements were implemented. And it was done in just a few minutes. I can only recommend it!

This form app is truly exceptional! It is incredibly user-friendly and customizable, with all the necessary features and even more. When I had a question the support team was lightning fast to reply and help me resolve my issue!

Simple, elegant, and extremely easy to set up and use with everything you need to create personalized forms. It took me just minutes to have my form up and running on my website. I needed some assistance and the customer service was prompt and knowledgeable to respond. Khushbu knew exactly how to help me with my issues and got it resolved in no time. Highly recommended!

This app is so simple to use and integrate with your shop. I had one tiny user error issue and customer service was not only great but fixed it very quickly.

Only had the app installed for the best part of 24 hours, however so far so good. Seems to work for our needs, however time will tell. Support was very useful and very quick to help when needed.

The UI looks really good and easy to setup setup forms. Captcha without all the google setup. You can customize fairly easy. Forms have a simple div tag you add to the code or the page editor.
