Great app. easy form building. Nice to have it on shopify to save basic form setup and validations. Best part is file upload

I am just starting out using this app. Had some issues starting out getting the form installed (only on my end) but reached out and the team helped me out asap. They're great. Very helpful and super speedy at responding! Hoping this will work great for what I need! Thanks so much!

It is super easy to use and customize the forms. Also the support staff was super responsive when I trouble embedding the form on my page. Super happy with the result!

Amazing service, and has exactly what i am after, customer service is great too, i had many queries and request so i jumped onto the chat service where i was connected to Amit, and he happily helped me with my many queries and request, i cannot thank you enough!! At first, I was unable to get my stripe payment system working on my form. For some reason, the contact customer support form was not working which made it frustrating on my end. The team was able to get back to me and resolve my issue in a timely manner. I appreciate all the help from the team and the form is now working smoothly. Sorry, for the poor review at first. Everything on the app works as advertised and their customer support team was there to help me when I needed it.

Create a trade in forum for customers to trade in used equipment towards new equipment. I had an issue due to user error and customer service helped me work it out quickly and clearly.

I spoke with Haris and he was excellent, fast reply and easy to understand instruction. App is easy to use, just doesn't explain how to activate the app in the theme settings.
