Very helpful to quickly add a custom form to my website. Customer support was excellent and resolved my small issue within hours too, on a weekend no less.

We use form builder for job applications along with contest entry forms. We really appreciate just how much we can customize each field to meet the needs of any specific form. The ability to export submissions to csv is a great additional feature. Support is quick and thorough.

This app is just simply amazing. It has helped my business tremendously in terms of keeping my clients and their messages to me organized. I also no longer have to worry about asking the same preliminary questions to clients over and over again, I can just simply have it in the form. Support is also great and quick to answer any and all questions I have. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent customer service from Tarik! I was having trouble using the app and uploading my form to my website. Tarik was able to help me in just a couple of minutes and my page looks exactly how I want it to.

So far so good, create support! Khushbu was very knowledgeable about the product and helped me throughout the installation process. Now that I have installed the product I'm a little weary. There are certain features in the app that make it not easy for users to use. I have downgraded my review from 5-3 stars. UPDATE: I'm experiencing issues with the dashboard. The dashboard is not user-friendly - it cannot be filtered. Every time one clicks to see an image they are required to re-search for the item they are looking for. Total mess. Would be happy to speak to a developer and let them know my issues - and update my review but for now it's a downgrade.

Got stuck with the app, user error. Went on chat, Kenan answered promptly and gave me one of the fasted solutions I've ever experience using chat support, and I have to get in touch with Facebook support for ads management (and they are terrible!) And all this on a Saturday night in the UK, thank you Kenan.

The app is great and has a lot of intelligent functionality built in it. We use the "if X then Y else Z" feature to display a new drop down based on a previous answer. The support team is also very responsive to any issues that arise.
