This app will allow you to create multiple Contact forms , exchange and return forms for free!!! it is very useful and important to any store small or big. Also, they have the best support, the follow up of the customer service is great. I recommended this app for sure for everyone.

Really easy to use and great features, even in the free version. I couldn't figure out how to disable the auto responder email but the customer service team answered very quickly and thoroughly to resolve the issue.

Great app, especially for offering a file upload option in their free version. Customer support was excellent! Their developers assisted in any adjustments I needed made in a timely manner

This app is great for contact pages. I highly recommend to anyone looking to offer file upload options. The support is extremely helpful and took care of all issues I encountered.

Very powerful and flexible app for the pro version! Responsive to support tickets too. Was easy to learn and relatively intuitive.

I used this app to help me build a custom form for my website. It was very user friendly and has everything I needed. I was having some difficulty entering the code so that the form appeared on the specific page I needed so I reached out and was able to get assistance right away and they went in and fixed the issue for me. I'm very happy with this app and the high level of service - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Really great value for this app. Does just what I need it to. Hulk has great support, they answer all of my questions and have helped me install Apps. I would take a look at the other apps they offer too.

I installed the basic version and found it does everything I need. The form was very easy to create and does everything I'd want to form to do. I look forward to using this app a lot and possibly investing in the Pro version in the future.

Love this! Haven't found anything in it that would make me NOT recommend it. A few tweaks and options that should be free, sure, but this app is super easy and I love it.

We use the form builder app on many pages on the store. It is very useful for B2B registration, custom work forms and much more. The custom CSS block makes all the difference for us. We can use it to share more information with our customer based on the options they select. The support team does a very good job too.

Great app, easy to use, very straight forward, and even more importantly great Customer Service. A few features that I hope to see added in the future, but very serviceable, and overall great. Read more if you'd like to see a full list of our pro's and cons. Pro's ------------- Great Customer Service Excellent Interface Well Written Code - Fast, Reliable, No Bloat Integrations with Shopify for Customer Account Creation Simple Setup Good Integrations with 3rd Party Analytics and Marketing Dev Friendly, lots of options for adding identifiers for personal/team web design, if you know how to do it. (Please only do so if you know what you're doing) Cons ------------- Missing some integrations that other apps have--adding customer notes for example. Improperly set up additions (re:Google Analytics) can nullify a form from being used at all, only solution is to delete and re-make or reach out to support to have them remove the messed up addition. Would like to see more options for Form Customization. These are basic in design so they should fit most sites, but additional customization options would be helpful for smaller stores without WebDev knowledge, or a Dev Team. I would definitely recommend it at this price point, and want to point out that for $10 a month, you get a well designed, and streamlined platform, with quick, and very helpful Customer Service. I had complex questions, and they gave me answers quickly, accurately, and provided enough information to stop any follow-up questions I had before I'd asked them. 5/5 Stars.
