This app is a god-send to my budget strapped nonprofit clients! It is immensely helpful in both recruiting volunteers and responding to program inquiries. These forms help save staff time -- another precious commodity with nonprofits. Thank you Hulk Apps!

Good app, freely to insert a form in present page, just a pity that the default mail for form receiving can't be changed.

Customer service was incredibly friendly and solved my issue quickly. Definitely take note of the free vs. paid plan differences, but overall this is a great option for basic forms!

Excellent app, made it easy for us to create a form which enables customers to upload pictures of the used golf clubs they wish to trade in with us. What's even better is that the free version gets you very far.
