The app is wonderful, but it is confusing, baffling, and painful to implement in any but the most simple ways. On the other hand, the on-line help is terrific, once you get past the AI, the role of which seems to be to refer you to articles that tell you what you already knew.

Easy to build forms into your shop. I had some coding issues with a link I included; I contacted customer service, they were quick and very helpful to fix the issue.

I dont think i have ever went out of my way to try to log in just to make a review but they really deserve a 5*. Although I am just using the free version, i am happy with it that i actually want to switch to the paid version once i set up some advanced conditional logic. This app is great and very extensive.
