Wasn't sure how to set up a contact form with an auto response on my Shopify account, so I set up a meeting with their support team. Talked with Alisa, who was extremely helpful and was able to resolve all the issues I had! My form looks great and am very happy with this app. Highly recommend if you need a contact form with an auto response.

100% Awesome! We love this app! Easy to add to our website, easy for customers to use, easy to build. The entire Hulk Form Builder team is helpful and friendly. I love that they take suggestions and have new implementations. The free version is nice, put the pro and pro+ offer a lot of nice extra's.

This is hands down one of the best apps on Shopify. We’ve been using it for years, and I can’t even remember when we first installed it - it has worked flawlessly ever since. The most impressive part? We’ve only ever used the free features. On the rare occasions when I needed support (just twice over the years), the team responded immediately and resolved everything quickly. If we ever need any of their paid features, this will be the first place to check.

Easy to use forms with functionality for everything you'll ever need in Shopify! Built-in styling works great and there are options for those of us who like to add custom CSS styles too. Truly well-made app, and customer support are fast and responsive.

The app is pretty simple to use, and has provided exactly what i wanted which was a space for customers to upload images via a form. I had a small issue which was rapidly fixed by Adna from the team via the chat box! Very satisfied with this product.
