I'm really impressed with how easy it is to create a form with a variety of field types. I hadn't enabled the app so I couldn't see it on the website but support replied in less than ten minutes and were able to help. A good, painless experience!

Simple, powerful app - easy to use.... support is great - fast and effective. I would STRONGLY recommend this app, for $10 on the PRO plan, it's a huge value for us. Well done, Hulk Apps!!

Well designed, easy to use functionality, and GREAT customer service. Currently using the free version, which handles everything I need now, but may upgrade in the future.

We have been using this app on the PRO plan for a while now and everything has worked well. Had a couple random questions and the service was super fast and helpful.

We used this app to create registration forms for events and are very pleased with the experience. We ran into an issue when adding the form to our website, but Hulkapps customer service was able to easily help us resolve it. Overall great experience so far!

It is super easy to use and customize the forms. Also the support staff was super responsive when I trouble embedding the form on my page. Super happy with the result!

At first, I was unable to get my stripe payment system working on my form. For some reason, the contact customer support form was not working which made it frustrating on my end. The team was able to get back to me and resolve my issue in a timely manner. I appreciate all the help from the team and the form is now working smoothly. Sorry, for the poor review at first. Everything on the app works as advertised and their customer support team was there to help me when I needed it.
