Easy and painless. It wasnt clear what was needed at first to help take care of my request however, they gave me step by step on what they needed from to me to carry out my request. Once that was done it took less than 3 minutes and they carried exactly what i needed. Thank you to the team

We had a developer add a form for us & she chose this app- so I can't say how easy it was to set up etc but it does everything I need it to. Love having an image upload, I'm sure we have received more orders because of it. Have since made another form personally, had issues integrating it & Vatsal was excellent in sorting it out.

I used this app to help me build a custom form to streamline my custom order process. The form creation and customisation was easy to use and straight forward. This app gets customers to email me with their custom stencil requests... it works well - the forms are easy customizable and look great - I had a query and the customer service was fast and efficient.
