So far I haven't had much time using the actual form. I had to contact support for help with integrating the form onto our page. I was delighted to see that I could speak to an actual person for quick resolution. They were very friendly and efficient at resolving the issue. Great customer service!!

The app has been great for building out forms and integrating seamlessly with Shopify. The customer service is extremely helpful as well and provides step-by-step guidance where needed.

Great Form Builder . Simple and easy to use and very flexible. Support staff are prompt and very knowledgeable. I required a function that was not natively built in but Adan took care of it on the back end. Thanks again from Team Tangem Australia.
