Hulk Contact Form Builder

I use the HULK Free Form Builder app to build forms on my Shopify website www.westermanbags.com * A customer feedback form, mostly for items which were purchased outside of the Shopify store. (Regular purchases get reviews through the Shopify review app. ) * An order form for purchases which need to be paid with with a giftvoucher. This way I can skip the expensive Shopify upgrade and still offer giftvouchers, albeit a little more work in the setup and maintenance. The final integration of the form in webshop was done for me, I am very satisfied with this FREE Hulk app.

The basic app is just perfect for those that need to build forms for their Shopify store. If you need any custom work, be sure to reach out to hulkcode. They helped us make our amazing inquire page exactly how we wanted it! The price was very reasonable and the response time was superb. Their ongoing support is just amazing and one of the best around. For no additional cost, they have helped us tweak our installation to just get it perfect for our needs. I tried several forms and this one was the easiest to create and have it integrate perfectly with my site without many limitations (like others). There were a few configurations I had trouble with on my own (dropdowns popping up based off a selection and auto responder) but their technical team fixed both of my issues promptly. I am very happy with the form builder and their technical service team and would recommend them to others.

Is there a way of calculating the number of units being ordered ?

Exactly what I needed. Very user friendly. I need an form that could collect receipts. Forms online with this functionality charge because they know it's high in demand. I am glad HulkApps made this feature free. The app itself tends to freeze for a few seconds and I'm not sure what's causing it. However, there is no issue with the app or how it works while live on the website. I am very please with the functionality and user friendliness of this app.

Works beautifully! I needed to add a lot of custom fields to the form. I have tested it a few times and edited it over and over, which was really easy. Just a little slow to load, but I have some text on the page also which loads first, so it is fine!
