Even though we're only using the free version, it has nice amount of features. The app is easy to use and has worked very well for us.

Thank you so much for this app! Since Shopify does not provide any preorder option without the customer having to pay in advance this app was the only good alternative that we found after searching for a long time. The Pro Plan is totally worth it. The only thing we are missing (or not finding) is a mass change function for changing multiple forms at the same time. And maybe a better translation for German but with a bit creativity we are able to understand the language quite good! xD The support is also really fast in helping out when we are struggling with something.

There is no fully functioning 7 day trial like there is with most apps, so you have to pay a month subscription to see if it will meet requirements, which in my case it didn't.

Just downloaded the app and am using the form for post purchase. It works great and the team there was sooo helpful and even coded it into my email for me!

Cab dio sine things for free but they give many reasons to get you to pay the $10 per month The bad news is that if you upgrade while doing a form ( whici it provides you the option to do you lose the work that you have done. Be very careful and assuem that this is $10 per month if you do anything useful
