My forms stopped sending me email notifications that a form had been submitted. I emailed their support multiple times on [email protected] and never got any response. I also used their chat option to leave a message saying to email me and also never got any response. I don't like to leave 1-star reviews, but I am fed up with the lack of support.

This was easy to use and set up for someone without any website or form experience. Any issues were met quickly when contacting customer support!

I wasted a lot of time with this app. At one point, I couldn't save any changes anymore. So much work for nothing... It's user-unfriendly in some places, especially with longer forms containing 20 or more questions. Otherwise, it's very simple and logically structured. But at one point, I couldn't save anymore. The file seemed to be corrupted. And this happened while the app was running. After a week of customer service being unable to help, I had to delete the app and choose a new one. I wasted a lot of time and have dissatisfied customers as a result.

After trying a few different form builders which had limited customization, I was really pleased to find this one. I was able to build exactly the form I needed. When I wanted a custom colour change to the automated emails the form generates, I contacted customer support and they made the change for me straight away. Thanks for your great customer service!
