Form doesn't get emailed to the email addresses - even though it has been configured to. Sent a message to their support over a week ago and no response. This is a paid app and I would expect better. I now have to uninstall this app, find a new one, and rebuild all the forms. Do not recommend.

needed a Theme added, took a while but eventually got it fix, app is good and integrates well with my theme.

Had incredibly support in minutes. Worked perfectly for us, especially with hidden fields. We need a tool like this to capture information when a customer wants to order a custom or made-to-order product. This will allow us to do that with ease, and also ease of the customer since we can use the form to capture most information without the customer needing to input it themselves, which saves time for them and speeds up the process.
I have built a form and have reached out for support to get embedded into a page on my website but have been waiting for 4 days with no response.

estoy teniendo dificultades con la app, ya que pagamos el plan de submissiones ilimitadas y aparece el candado, por ende no podemos ver nada.
