Excellent Support – Even for Non-Tech Users! We haven’t launched the new menu yet, so I can’t rate the final result – but the support has been outstanding! I’m not very technical, but the team was incredibly helpful, patient, and easy to communicate with. They explained everything clearly and really listened to my needs. It’s great to see such competent and user-friendly support. Highly recommended!

Brian at Foxkit support has been exceptional! He replies to my requests super quickly and has helped me with any small adjustment I need. If I am having trouble understanding how to use the app or a specific feature, he is always kind enough to teach me how to get it going. 10 out of 10!

Linh and Zuri were extremely helpful with all the questions I had. They were very responsive and very quick, I felt very supported and really appreciated the superior customer service. Still building my website but so far I'm really have with the theme and also the support that comes with it.

Essential App & The Fastest Support on Shopify The FoxKit app is an essential tool for anyone using the Minimog theme, adding powerful and easy-to-use features. What's even more impressive, however, is the support team. I was helped by Linh, who was absolutely phenomenal. She responded almost instantly and resolved my query in minutes. I've used dozens of Shopify apps, and I have never experienced support this fast or this effective.
