FoxSell Bundle Builder

We needed a specific set up for our bundles that most apps couldn't do and tried several different ones until we found FoxSell. We wanted to be able to have customers buy a product at regular price, get an item free, and then add-on any additional accessories at a discounted price. We wanted all of this in a simple one page process. It seemed like FoxSell would do what we needed with a little adjustment, so I reached out to their tech team to see if there were any tweaks they could make. They were easy to reach and to talk to, were very kind and responsive, listened closely to what we needed, and worked hard to make it work as closely as possible. The app is *almost* perfect - with some of our own work arounds, and their modifications, our bundle is been up and running and doing it's job. It still has a couple of small things that would make it better, but we're very happy to be able to get our vision for our bundle together without having to build something more complicated. I really struggled finding somewhere that was able to create the bundle that i needed for my store that wasn't a stupid amount of money. the customer service at foxsell was great and they went above and beyond helping me achieve what i wanted, all in all its a great app for bundles and essential if your a smaller business just starting out!

App needs a little work for some use cases to fit some UIs, however development isn't tooo bad, and the support is amazing, shout out to Prakhar, absolute legend and stuck with me and helped debug everything. Support earns this the 5 star all day long! Bundles work perfectly once everything is set up and allows for sooo much customisation, really great app

Great app and support team. The only bundle app we've found that uses Shopify functions and provides a good UX on PDPs. They even helped with a small customisation to help us handle our inventory setup.

They don't have the most reviews when it comes to building a bundle app, but I've NEVER had better customer service from a Shopify app. This is my second review. I've seen them move mountains to accommodate the things I've wanted to add or change. When it comes to pricing or layout design, they have gone above and beyond. I feel like I found a diamond in the rough. The most underrated feature was that they have a YouTube video to walk you through the process ON TOP of 11-star customer service. They even gave me access to unreleased features and offered to go directly to my site and make the changes that are outside of the design limitations on Shopify. If you are a small business, I guarantee you will be happy with them.

Solid app with a solid team - Prakhar and Adi were super hands on, reliable and responsive. Our bundle set needed some workaround due to the complexities of our products, but they helped advice us accordingly and they created a custom code for us to get it to look and function the way we needed.

Such a solid app. Functionality is top drawer and super customisable. Also customer service is the best I've had from a Shopify app in 5 years of having a store. 100% recommend!
