Wow, we can already see great results in the first few days of using Frankie. Thank you to Tom who set us up and got everything personalised to our brand, this has been effortless for us and is paying off already. Great app!

Terrific up-sell solution for our small store. Frankie automagically makes relevant selections that result in those precious extra sales - great ROI on the monthly investment. Setup almost seems too easy and support is excellent - Tom is a helpful and friendly guy!

We switched from a different app to Frankie and I couldn't be happier. The support team are phenomenal! They helped customise and set up the integration in no time at all and within a week of integrating with Frankie the sales from the app are pretty astounding! Highly, highly recommend.

Just installed. So far so good. Widgets looks great, and the team behind the app even did a manual job so the widget would integrate in the theme/design. Best and fastest support I have experienced on any shopify apps!

Works great, especially the recommendations on the cart page. Previously our product recommendations were guesswork but now we know it's taken care of and we can see the extra sales every month. Have used support 3 times and each time they have been extremely responsive both in replying and in actioning any tweaks. Really impressed.

I have to give it to them, this is easy to use, effective and their customer service is reliable and helpful, im the type of person thats difficult to deal with and with this guys all went smooth and super fast, they exceeded my expectations and helped me the extra mile with the integration to my theme, all angles covered and im very stocked to join FRANKIE!

We've been using Frankie for around 8 months now and we are very happy with our results. We have had a steady increase in conversion rate since we started and it is noticeable that our previous app's numbers have been exceeded comfortably. The developers did a great job of matching our theme and adding a few xtra features we didn't have before. Our changeover from the previous app was painless and quick. Definitely recommended.

Frankie’s product recommendations are a very effective addition to DecoratorsBest. The product recommendations are excellent and have produced outstanding conversions. Frankie, was amazing, it increased our conversion rate straight out of the box. Many of our products have gone from marginal to yielding a healthy ROI with Frankie. A must have if you are serious about competing in a crowded market space.

This app has been great for increasing our online sales on our website. The team were really helpful in setting it up and answering all our questions. Then they went through how it worked and how to do tweaks. Weekly we get an email of the increase in sales from using the ap and it's amazing, a massive increase. I would highly recommend. This is a great app, loads of customizations available, bust most importantly it works. Upsell and top picks have an excellent conversion rate - better than previous recommendation apps I have used. The AI knows...
