The team is devoted to making the best app for its users & takes in input and feedback on how to develop the best solution to battle the issue with returns online. OH and the image verification feature is amazing as we can check out the condition of the items before creating a return label. Gives us more feedback on the product and streamlines the process saving time and money going into this.
We're a big shop, hundreds of thousands of users, Frate has such a creative solution with their P2P returns we're expecting hundreds of thousands of savings, and their pricing on just general returns management has beat all their competitors, while also having deep integrations into our ERP (netsuite) to take our returns role from a full time employee daily to ~1 hour for an employee as a side responsibility. This has been a game changer for Good For Sunday!
