Tried the app, but had to uninstall it immediately as it asked me to pay for past orders, not for the future orders that will come in.
Hello economico, Our app has a monthly subscription fee which is based on the volume of orders your store gets. It is possible our way of deducing the volume of your orders (looking at the last year volume), isn't the best. Been using the app for a few months and it has been working great. Helps us identify possible fraud before we ship our products.
Terrible, does not work at all, buyer beware. If you try to hold orders to be processed after approval, app will simply complete the orders and process anyway. Non existent support team that does not respond to direct outreach or support requested through the all, I've tried 3 times. Uninstall and use a different app, not worth paying money for something that doesn't work and has non existent support for paying subscribers.
Hi Freedom Fitness, I just took a look at your ticket and see the original request was opened on March 15th and response was sent within 2 hours asking for details (timeline of events) for the order in question. It also appears your quick response 2 minutes after our request was grouped into the ticket status of (waiting for response) . None the less, we are happy to help get your account properly configured to your desired risk settings. I will need the timeline details of the order as I mentioned in my email to better understand what other apps and events interacted with the order to better assist you. We got this app to help automate fraud prevention. We had issues in the past with chargeback orders, mismatching address orders, etc. This app fit perfectly for what we needed. Even more, we ran into an issue with the address mismatch filtering portion of the app. I brought up the issue with the 10X support team. They immediately responded, took a look, were able to get to the core of the issue, and resolved it. It showed me they very much cared about their customers and helping them prevent fraud for their businesses. I would whole heartedly recommend this app and the creators to anyone!
we are shopify experts and this is a MUST HAVE on every site we develop for any customer, sometimes you are trilled by getting a 1K order and then less thank trilled when you get the charge back, dont even think about it. this is the FIRST APP you need in ANY shopify STORE, great job guys!!!!
