It's a very intuitive application with all the basics (and more) you need to create promos and gifts. We had a problem and they manage to solve it really quickly adapting the app for us, so they have a quite nice customer support!

great app and gets the job done perfectly, some issues but their amazing customer support fixed them quickly, especially its a free app so highly recommended

Excellent App!! Great Service!! Very happy that we choose Shop Surprise! We had a challenge with the products that we needed to be gifted, which was resolved by the team members very promptly!
