Excellent App & Outstanding Support I installed Fokkio – Free Gift With Purchase for my Shopify store, and the app works exactly as needed for free gift promotions. highly, highly recommend this app - this has got to be one of the best ever customer support i have ever experienced. the team, but mainly Serhii Mishchenko really - has been so patient and kind enough to explain all questions and find any solution for our specific challenge, that has not already been built.

As we started to roll out our Cyber weekend deals I found several glitches with our free gift offer powered through Fokkio. I was in a complete panic. But Serhii Mishchenko helped trouble shoot the issues quickly and efficiently. I use several apps on my site, but none have compare with the service I have received from Fokkio. Well done!

I highly recommend the Fokkio team. Their support in setting up our automatic gift promotion was excellent, and they demonstrated a strong willingness to quickly address our business needs. When we brought up a bug/feature request—specifically the popup notice remaining after an item was removed—they immediately committed to working on it and delivered a solution quickly (implementing an auto-close timer and resolving a cart-closing issue). They were also highly responsive to feedback, promptly adjusting the auto-close delay from 2 to 8 seconds upon request. Their speed and flexibility in making additions and changes were crucial to meeting our objectives.
