This app is the only one we could find that could exclude purchases with a certain type of product. The advance conditions are very robust and Fokkio helped me figure out what logic I needed to make it work. The interface is user friendly and the customer service is amazing!
The customer service is fantastic and overall I like this app a lot. My only issue is that ShipStation does not import the "Free Gift" at $0 and it shows up as a full price item on invoices printed through ShipStation. This caused an issue for us since customer's thought they were still being charged. We solved this by putting the Free Gift at $0 (rather than with a discount price) so it's imported into ShipStation at 0$ and the developers were able to edit the code so that the free gift cannot be added to cart outside the app adding it to cart.
The support team is responsive and quick to assist whenever needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add automatic gifts to their store.

Whenever I was needing to figure out how to add a product to the customers cart automatically and also needed it to be free, I reached out via chat and their team did this for me within 5 minutes.
