CRYPTED review for Dr Free Gift, BOGO Buy X Get Y

We really got something to say! We wrote a "critical" review a few days ago. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Well, this is the UPDATE: Not even 5 hours later, the Dev "Yavor" contacted us via e-mail with not only apologizing, he offered to help us fix the bug. But we did'nt see the mail at this time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Not even 8 hours later, he wrote another e-mail in which he literally asked to help us and let him fix this issue, since there were no one before who experienced this. He was really trying to help! So we followed his instructions and also provided him an idea of what our devs think could be the issue (what is actually hard to tell, because we dont have access to his source code). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀He have done his things and tested around. After 15 minutes he found that there is an incompatiblity with another app we are using. He directly understood our unique store concept and the complicated usecase & functionality of the app he detected as incompatible. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Final solution: He took several hours of his private time to change his code (ShopDoc's Free Gift on cart App-code), so we and other customers using the same incompatible app (wont tell the name here), wont experience this bug anymore, while using ShopDocs Free Gift App. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀We've never experienced this quick help & serious effort from any other App Support. Not even these, where we pay $400+ a month. I think at this point, I dont have to explain anyone who reads this, how rare this kind of customer support is these days. But ShopDocs actually cares about their customers! You've now earned some loyal customers. Big thanks & best regards from Germany.
