This app has helped me to create a free gift program based on cart value, and I've seen order # increase and abandoned carts drop since I started using it. I don't have any other promotions going on right now, yet order volume and amount has gone up. So I'm very pleased. Customers are able to see the free gift options and choose exactly what they want- and see the dollar value of that gift. Typically I would throw some freebies in with orders, but they'd either go unseen, or customers would contact me that they got wrong items in their order and sometimes even seem irritated. Not any more! I reached out to customer support to ask about something and they responded very promptly with my answer.
