The app itself was great for what I needed and worked well while I was using it. I ultimately decided to uninstall it simply because I was cutting down on monthly app costs. The frustrating part came when trying to leave. My store never had more than 500 active products at any point, although I did have a large number of draft products. For some reason, the app considered me over the product limit of my plan. Support told me that in order to restore my original images, I would need to upgrade to a more expensive plan and pay the additional cost. Having to pay more just to restore my own images so I could uninstall the app was pretty ridiculous and made the process unnecessarily frustrating. To their credit, support was helpful and refunded the additional charge after I raised the issue, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a good app and did what I needed it to do, but the uninstall and image restoration process really needs improvement.
