Encountered double logos issue. Emailed multiple times. After 5 days, no response, no help, no support
We always reply to merchants. Our reply is in the app live chat, marked as Read, and it has the details and solutions to your issue. It is very important that merchants do not use third party apps that compress or modify product photos, otherwise these apps will overwrite the photos which breaks our restore feature. This is also explained in detail in our FAQs inside the app.
Perfect for what we needed - adding watermarks to products under embargo. Easy to use, it just works!
Great app, I use it only to watermark my photos and it works fine! Good to be able to choose where to put the watermark on the product picture.

We attempted to restore all of our images, and now all of our images are gone. We attempted to contact Engage - Easy Watermarks Support via their chat and received a canned response. Bottom line up front, use this app at your own risk. We had to learn the hard way, and we hope you will not make the same mistake. UPDATE This is the response we just received from their amazing support "Hi, I saw that instead of waiting for a response, on a weekend mind you, you went directly to the review to damage our business with a 1 star review. You will need to remove his review before getting assistance from us. Let me know when it’s done and I’ll look into this issue. Cheers" Bravo, Engage - Easy Watermarks.
Its Sunday morning at 8AM. You send a chat request. The response asks you to wait until someone gets back to you. Instead you decide to leave a 1-star review and send us a photo of the 1-star review. We have a zero tolerance policy for merchants using the review system to threaten and attack developers.
Great Support, I inquired about how I could add a tag to a product and get the sticker applied that way, and they added that feature overnight. This app works and it's easy to use.
This app is great to protect your website images. There are many options along with a watermark that you can use to enrich your website images. This app works fine without any errors. I am using the free plan.

Chat support feature doesn't work at all. Even in a premium version we are not allowed to choose stickers from existing stickers
Hi, we haven't received any support requests from your account. The live chat option is at the bottom right corner of the app. You can also try the contact developer option in the Apps list. There are no restrictions on selecting existing stickers for any type of account. Can you please send some screenshots and help explain the issue more clearly so that we can understand better? Cheers
I used this app to add customs watermarks to my product pics. works great! i'm using the free version.
it is a very nice program it let's me watermark my things which is very useful to me. In concolusin this app is very good
This app helps me to easily watermark images for my client. I just use the free version and it works great! Highly recommend.
This app doesn't restore images well, , not so helpful support that doesn't respond to our inquiries.
