Kristina at ClickShip is an absolute rockstar! She made my transition from another shipping app completely seamless and has saved my company a significant amount of money in the process. Being able to offer free shipping to customers while actually saving on those shipping costs is pure profit. I highly recommend ClickShip — and make sure to ask for Kristina!

EDITED REVIEW Below is the original review, which shortly after being published got me an email from my account representative looking to hear more about my appreciation. She was accompanied by the Director of Growth, and the three of us took had a dense 45-minute discussion about what could be improved and which improvements were just about to be rolled out. From the looks of it, it does seem like the user experience will be considerably improved, and I have to say I am looking forward to seeing them in action. Perhaps the most important aspect of this call was how the Clickship team and direction are dedicated to customer service, and this is all to their credit and goes a long way in terms of my appreciation of a supplier. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This app is great news for saving on shipping. I am hugely appreciative of all the costs saved over the past 2+ years. Customer service varies between "outstanding" and "meh". It really depends on who takes the call / email. Fortunately there's been more good than bad on average, so here goes one star. The other star removed, and that's the most important one in my opinion, is on the customer experience on the platform. There are some basic navigating functionalities that are missing (having to click "X" to close a certain window instead of clicking outside of it, having to click "Enter" to run a particular search instead of hitting the key, the clunkiness of the order page which cannot be sorted by any other parameter than date when it would be relevant to sort orders by selected carrier or store or tag, the impossibility to easily add just one manual order to the order page instead of uploading a csv, the fact that you can't set orders temporarily "on hold" to see them removed from the cue). It feels like an app designed by people who have never done any serious work at a shipping station. The discounted shipping rates keep me using it, but I continue to miss a more Ux forward app like Shipstation.

It's awesome! They offer great rates with the big names, and some additional couriers that we haven't used before. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify, the couriers come and pick-up your shipments, and it saves money -- especially for larger shipments going longer distances. Love ClickShip!

game changer for shipping, we have been on Shopify for four years and we got onto this app 6 months ago and it has the best deals and super easy to use for any shipping provider. Our only recommendation would be to streamline printing labels in bulk. Create a preset for descriptions, value, reason of export etc that can be applied to 100+ orders at a time.

As a Canadian Company shipping to the US often. Without Clickship we would have been out of business probably with all the challenge Covid brought us. Canada Post and other companies charge 2-3x the price with much worst services. Clickship is a great company and I have been working with them for more than 2 years now, I highly recommend them. ClickShip contacted us with promises that seemed too good to be true, the greatest of which being lower shipping rates. We believed we were already paying reasonably low prices for shipping, but we were wrong! ClickShip has been easy to use and almost always comes in cheaper than with the shipping platforms we were using before - sometimes 30, 40% less. And when a package is damaged and we have to file a claim, they take care of it! I can't tell you how many hours we were spending previously on the phone with shipping companies trying to claw back any bit of compensation for lost or damaged shipments, but I just got word back on the first ClickShip claim we've had to make that it's dealt with and a cheque is on its way for the damaged items. To top it all off, ClickShip's customer service is impeccable. Our rep, Hasan, is always helpful and quick to reply. He and his team made setup very easy and quick, and we haven't been disappointed yet. Deleted our other shipping integrations after thoroughly testing ClickShip and finding no issues. Could not give a higher recommendation for anyone looking to save money on business shipping costs.

We have been using clickship for almost a year now, and it has been a game-changer for our shipping needs. Whether it's shipping within Canada or to destinations worldwide like GB, the EU, AU, JP, or the Middle East, clickship has allowed us to quickly and accurately get freight shipping rates. Our account manager, Hasan Panju, is exceptional. Hasan's support is simply the best. The platform is user-friendly, making it easy to book shipments and track them. You can't find better rates anywhere! We do a lot of shipping and ship worldwide, and the money savings are unbelievable. I highly recommend clickship for all your shipping needs!

I have been using Clickship/Freightcom for more than 4 years and I can say that service is fantastic. If ever you encounter any problem, they will do their best to correct it. We have been using it via Woocommerce, and it was working well, and now with Shopify, and it's also going really well. Really easy to use for a really affordable price with competitive rate! We just started using ClickShip / Freightcom in the past month or so. It has been an incredibly smooth, easy experience. I would recommend this to anyone, but especially small businesses who are struggling with the high costs of shipping. It has been a struggle for us to navigate the hardships of having an online store with the costs of shipping as a small business and this website has been a saving grace and has saved us time and money in the process. Specifically, Anish, who set us up on the site and assisted us with integrating their shipping platform to our Shopify store to make things more seamless for us. No more copying & pasting addresses, it is already integrated into the order info for you. In our case we just enter the shipping box size we choose and find rates and book our pick up all in the same place. Do not wait to switch to them. Anish has checked in with us multiple times throughout the process and continues to make sure we are enjoying the platform and encourages us to reach out if we need anything . His customer service has been incredible. 10/10 recommend.

I've been using Clickship for a few years and I absolutely love it. I love how order details from Shopify and Amazon are imported automatically, and I can save my package dimensions to auto-populate for each sku. It's super easy and great pricing! One click of a button and the label is purchased, the order is automatically fulfilled with tracking in the appropriate Marketplace, and customer service is really great too :) Everyone is friendly. Highly recommend!!

The app is seemless and always has our list of orders ready to go on ClickShip ready for fulfillment. The information comes across accurately and the app also does a clean feedback to Shopify to close out the order with tracking information. The preview of the order in-app helps a lot with quick reviews!
