I had been using Netparcel for shipping since I started my store in 2016, but switched to Freightcom a few months ago and have been very impressed. First of all, the shipping rates are lower, which saves my customers money. Secondly, the app is far superior and better integrated with Shopify, so it's easier to use. The app has an intelligent box selection algorithm that prices the shipping cost much more accurately since it uses both dimensions and weight (Netparcel only uses weight). It also knows when more than one box is needed. Lastly, I find the customer support to be far superior...something that's often overlooked. Highly recommended!

It is a great app and great rates. Makes it easier for me to ship my online orders. No need to rewrite all the clients info and in a click everything is done.

Awesome app! Rates are Excellent! Dashboard is very simple and very easy to use. Their best-box selection algorithm is a great feature to have and helps us with collecting accurate shipping rates at checkout.

Excellent App! Every app claims to give shipping discounts, but this really does. . Orders are super easy to fulfill and the support is fabulous.

Absolutely love this app. We were using Boxify before this app and let me tell you... This is way better and does not cost any money. So ultimately we are saving money and using a much better app for our shipping needs.

Wow. It's about time we get a shipping app like this. We love it. The way it streamlines the process. No more cut and paste addresses or even fulfill or enter tracking numbers. It does it all for you. A few clicks, print the label and you're done. It fulfills the order and automatically sends your templated shipping confirmation email to the customer. Not only does it make it easy but their shipping prices are the best I've seen and the app really gets an accurate rate for each product you offer. I have the app on both of our Shopify sites now. If I could give it 6 stars I would. You need this.

Great app, excellent rates. UPS prices are excellent. Automatically provides tracking numbers to the customer saving time.

This is by far the most amazing shipping app out there!! We used their website for a little while before converting to using the app and could not be happier. You will not be able to find better rates ANYWHERE. The customer service is absolutely fantastic and you will get the answer you are looking for right away. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

I'm so glad their app exists through Shopify. I've been using it since launching our store and this is the BEST way for me to send packages to our customers around North America. It simplifies our daily tasks, with extremely competitive rates while allowing us to do so much more in lesser time. Thank you Freightcom!

Fantastic rates across all carriers, standard boxes, box in box packing logic. We save a ton of time, and its extremely EASY ship our shopify orders! A couple clicks and we're printing the labels and packing slips! We primarily use a flat-rate fee for our customers, with ClickShip by Freightcom, it allows us to choose the carrier that has the best rate and that works for our shipping schedules. With the amount of flexibility in their solution we were able to set everything up in no time, and tailor it so that it works the way we need it to. Highly recommend this as a full shipping solution.
