Easy to use and to integrate, been using it for a while now and their support team has been very helpfull.

The Freightcom app has been a great fit for us; and they offer good service and support. Setup was straight forward. Products setup as variants are managed correctly for shipping (weight and dimensions). We selected the mix of carriers that works for us -- and we can add or remove a carrier at any time. Our customers appreciate having a choice of carrier because they know which is the preferred carrier in their area. With a few small adjustments regarding the dimensions of our products, the app's algorithm calculates and pre-selects the proper/best/effective case size for packing the items of any given order -- which is important in correctly calculating shipping costs. Freightcom's app is definitely an ingredient to our success. Thank you, Freightcom!

App works very well and it's great having this option during the Canada Post strike. I had a problem - one of the carriers - DICOM didn't deliver and even tried to charge me for returning the item to me. It took a while but eventually it was resolved and I received a credit for the non-delivery. Thanks, Freightcom.

Just started using this app in my Shopify store. It simplifies shipping and the rates are great also! You can always call and receive customer support over the phone. Looking forward to small adjustments/improvements to make this app SUPER!

AN ABSOLUTE MUST FOR ALL CANADIAN SHOPIFY STORES We've been looking for a shipping solution within Shopify that will send tracking info direct to our customers, and Freightcom covers that. Along with, auto populating your customer's info from the order, and offering real time LOW rates. We've shipped with other 3rd parties and Freightcom in 9/10 postal codes were less expensive. Working with Freightcom is a no brainer. It's been about a month that we've signed up, used the service for Shopify orders as well as phone orders and are 100% satisfied with everything including their customer service. Well done Freightcom!

Started saving us immediately! Shipping some of our smaller items is still cheaper through Canada Post, and I wish that it were integrated more directly into the order page, but the platforms do talk to each other nicely.

This Freightcom app is very easy to use and the customer service from Jay P. is second to none. He's prompt and smart and anytime I had any questions he personally reached helped me or he had someone contact me with solutions and answers. Great experience with this app. Their support has been great, they've been receptive to suggestions, and the app both calculates a more accurate quote AND provides a slick interface for purchasing labels and fulfilling orders.

This app has been a time and money saver. Freightcom's prices are really competitive compared to other similar company's. The customer service is quick to respond if any problems come up as well.

I am so happy we added this app to our site. Their rates are amazing and their consumer services is outstanding. I'm also extremely happy that they offer both Canadian and US shipping carriers. We are Canadian based and have many Canadian customers, but also have a large US clientele. Using Frightcom allows our customers the opportunity to choose based on shipping need, speed of delivery, cost of delivery, carrier, etc... The best app we've found.

Great app which reduces your cost of shipping and provides express options to a client for the same price as Regular Parcel from Canada Post. Had a few small issues which were resolved quickly with their technical support team. Trevor my Account Manager is always helpful and ready to assist me. I would highly recommend this to any small business looking to save money on their shipping costs and give clients a choice in picking the different shipping options available.

Great company to deal with my rep Robert is more than excellent with his customer service for any questions and problems with carriers I have. on a scale of 1-10 they are a 12 I fully recommend them for all your shipping needs

Just started using the Freightcom Shipping app and it has been absolutely amazing. Freightcom has made it possible for us to ship easily and cost-effectively to our customers. The automated shipping process makes it easy for me to focus less on shipping and more on my store. The customer service has been great and very helpful every step of the way- no long wait times on the phone, they respond immediately! The boxing algorithm provides my customers accurate real-time discounted rates from a variety of top carriers and automatically fulfills the shipping orders. You can schedule pick-ups and batch print the shipping labels directly from the app. Highly recommended!

Freightcom in general is the best shipping solution for small business. Great options and incredible rates. The app makes the whole process of fulfillment simple, quick and error free. Export documents are also the easiest to create in the app or stand alone software. The only feature that is missing in the app is the ability to enter multiple boxes for one order but this can be done in the web interface easily enough.
