Wir nutzen die App nun schon einige Monate und sind mit der Funktion zufrieden. Der Support ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, einen Fehler den wir selbst verursacht haben, wurde umgehend wieder behoben. We have been using the app for several months now and are satisfied with the function. The support is very friendly and helpful, a bug that we caused ourselves was fixed immediately.

Do not install this app, I have it and it isn't working, support aren't answering emails and worst of all, I keep turning the app off and it is turning itself back on. Shouldn't be allowed onto the shopify apps page, it's terrible

Great App. It really does work. People see items and buy them our AOV has gone up with this. It is worth it!
We've used this app in the past 3 months and have seen an increase in total orders upsell of 6%. While it's not a significant increase, it seems to be proposing better options/more complimentary than the standard recommended products with no brain. Also, it offers the possibility to manually overwrite suggestions or exclude products that are absolutely needed in some cases. Great app! A keeper!
This app has put the cross sells we needed on specific products we required. Added bonus, this app has an "enable app" feature on the dashboard making it possible to configure everything prior to turning on anything the user might see or interact with. The function operated slightly different in conjunction with our chosen theme. No matter, Adi and the tech crew heard our issues, understood the concerns, and had things reworked to our liking in under 24hrs. EXCELLENT work.
Needed some CSS tweaking but Adi helped me very fast with integrating that. So far a promising app with good customer service.
I've tried a few upsell apps and this is by far the best one. Our products are quite specific to each other so it is important to be able to manually add the connections to other products. Unlike other apps we tried, you can select by product type which means an entire range of products can be added within seconds rather than one at a time! Customer support is spot on as well!, I had a couple of issues and these were fixed in no time at all using email. Perfect!
the automatic recommendations are often very logical and what I was hoping that it would recommend. it still needs some work though, I can't manually organize the products for manual mode, and it seems to always display them in alphabetical order no matter what. I think with some tweaking this is a clear winner
Great app I strongly recommend it. fits our needs perfectly I was looking for an app we can customize the recommendation per each product and because we have over 1300 products we need to apply it in bulk. so upselly does it so easly. I just installed upselly and will be doing alot of testing but so far I really like it. more important I emailed their support team before I install it to be sure it will fit our needs and they can make a changes we needs to customize the look and Adi emailed me back immediatly and he was very helpful.
