I recently started using FShip, and I’m genuinely impressed with their service. The platform is easy to use, the support team responds quickly, and shipping updates are always accurate. My orders were picked up and delivered on time without any issues. Compared to other courier solutions, FShip offers better reliability, smoother tracking, and overall faster service. It has definitely made my logistics work much easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dependable shipping partner!

We have experienced everything that could possibly go wrong while availing their services — delayed shipments, misrouted parcels, irate customers, and utterly clueless managers. Every interaction has been a lesson in frustration. If you and your customers wish to endure unending inconvenience, pain, and anguish, then by all means, choose them. Otherwise, steer clear for your own sanity.

I had the worst experience with FShip Courier. Instead of focusing on genuine delivery, their team seems determined to RTO (Return to Origin) as many orders as possible. My RTO rate with them shot up to 70%, which is absolutely unacceptable for any delivery partner. On investigating — by personally calling each customer with an RTO order — I found out they didn’t even attempt delivery! Customers repeatedly said they never received a single call from the delivery boy. Even after I initiated reattempts as soon as I got the first NDR (Non-Delivery Report), my orders were never reattempted and were directly marked as RTO. This is a clear sign of neglect and poor service. Do NOT use FShip Courier. They make lots of promises which they will never keep. If you want to lose money and customers, go ahead and choose FShip. Otherwise, save yourself from this frustration and look for a more reliable courier partner.

They don't have a proper seller support and I used their platform for almost 2 months and the experience is really bad. Even for the cases with the FAKE remarks they don't have a proper solution, you keep providing the proofs the shipment will be marked undelivere... and later on RTO. And for some very genuine case where customer clearly said that they didn't received any call from the delivery boy and for every FAKE attempt I provided them the VOC but it was still marked as RTO and when I asked for the refund no answer from the team. You keep mailing them they won't revert. For one of my shipment pickup was done on 16th august and till now it is in transit and I asked my POC for the refund he said he is arranging it but till now I haven't received the refund. There are a few other shipments that took more than 1 month for the delivery but imagine after 1 month also fake attempts, and when asked for refund they have no answer. Guys, there are better platform in the marked please prefer them.

Fship has made my shipping process much easier. The flat-rate pricing model is very helpful in keeping my costs predictable, and the dashboard is simple to use even with bulk orders. Pickups are usually on time, and deliveries reach customers without much delay. I also like the seamless Shopify integration which saves me a lot of effort. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would recommend Fship to other e-commerce sellers.

No proper customer support No one pickup call for Support team give number on website No support from agent who open account by giving fake hopes and No proper dashboard to raise tickets Even 1 start is 100000 time more than their service.

Worst Experience with Fshipping – Stay Away! I had one of the most horrible experiences with this shipping aggregator. They advertise 1–2 days delivery, but the reality is shocking — my orders reached customers in 10–11 days! This is not just a one-time issue, it’s happening repeatedly. To make things worse, they gave wrong address updates for a customer whose order had already been delivered earlier, creating unnecessary confusion and frustration. The most shocking part? They tampered with my parcels. Clothes were stolen, packets were changed — totally unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of this, their charges are extremely high compared to the pathetic service they provide. And when you try to reach support, there is no real help. They just keep repeating “we’re resolving your issue” but never actually solve anything or even bother to listen properly. If you care about your business and customers, never trust Fshipping. They will damage your brand reputation with delayed deliveries, zero support, and unethical practices.
